Learn how to pull-off a romantic steak dinner for two at home! This easy recipe is beginner-friendly, and features prime cuts of beef from local farms. The convenience of having the meat delivered to your door, makes dinner preparation even easier. We're cooking up NY Strip Steak with a side of roasted vegetables. (Don't forget dessert).

GRAIN-FINISHED BEEF FROM GEBBER'S CATTLE
INGREDIENTS
Two NY Strip Steaks
1lb baby red potatoes
Asparagus
Hawaiian sea salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh thyme Fresh rosemary
Unsalted butter
STEAK
Thaw steak in fridge overnight
Season with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder
Sear on pan on medium-high heat 1-2 minutes each side
Melt butter and add fresh thyme and pour over steak
Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing
ROASTED VEGETABLES
Wash and quarter red potatoes
Drizzle EVOO over top Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder and toss
Bake in oven at 425 for 20-25 minutes
Wash and cut ends off asparagus
Drizzle EVOO over top
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder and toss
Baking in oven at 425 for 10 minutes
