For my entry way, I have a small nook where a 4 cubby bookcase fits perfectly. This is a great way to store shoes, hats, gloves, and other accessories you need. I keep them all concealed and contained in foldable baskets, both fabric and wicker. They're easy to pull out to grab and put items away. Above the table is a cork board where I can post bulletins and reminders, and a dry erase calendar to track events and important dates. I used a dual purpose mail holder with a key hook to store our daily mail and hang our keys.
